Returns
All returns must be preauthorized by AllAnimalFigurines.com. Upon receipt of your items please inspect all packages for damage. If your item is received damaged we must be notified within 5 days of delivery date for a replacement or refund. For any damaged claim you must keep the original box and all packing materials. If we are not notified within 5 days of delivery date we reserve the right to refuse any return. Refunds will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and all shipping charges.
Please be aware that product displays may not show the exact color due to computer monitors varying slightly. Also the dimensions may not be exactly as stated, but could be slightly bigger or smaller.
If you need to contact us in relation to a return please email us at sales@allanimalfigurines.com with full details of your name, address, order number and reasons for your request for a refund.
